We have rescinded the membership one or two B&Bs recently for consistently ignoring bookings.
Although our first duty is to our B&B members, let’s not forget we are providing the public with a booking service.
Bookings are automatically declined by our system if not confirmed by the 3rd day – This means the guest has to start over and may even try another booking service.
In our book, ignoring bookings is also an injustice to other B&Bs in your area that may really like commission free or low commission bookings.
Please Accept or decline bookings – DO NOT IGNORE.
Also please inform us if you change email addresses or would like to receive a text for each booking.
